Regardless of institutional size or mission, colleges and universities in the region are challenged to sustain the energy and good work generated in the self-review process. This presentation will chronicle a teaching university's journey from compliance to engagement and from bean-counting to meaningful work on institutional effectiveness. Attendees will be encouraged to consider concrete ways in which their own situations can be turned to capturing long-term benefits gained over the process and continuing with practical and deepened reflections on becoming and remaining focused on student and institutional learning.
