Successful solutions for enhancing student learning at two universities are described. The accreditation process was used to increase institutional capacity and sustain educational effectiveness. Explanation of case studies and examples of campus-wide initiatives undertaken to identify institutional factors that contributed to the success or the failure of the initiatives provided.
