Where is the technology that will promote the process of becoming a learning organization? How can colleges and universities adapt hardware, software, and web tools to the task of gathering and interpreting evidence, and then using evidence for continuous quality improvement? This session provides examples of how some institutions have successfully gotten a grip on their data issues, used technology to support the accreditation process, and learned some important lessons along the way.
