Dr. Ziajka will present research that found key indicators of likely withdrawal from USF, and demonstrated significantly better retention of students who participated in three specific university programs. Dr. Johnson will present a program focusing on developing study skills, self-discipline, perseverance and accountability that has demonstrated success in retaining at-risk students at Biola University.
