The first presenter will discuss ways in which faculty across the university can to adapt the classroom environment to meet these challenges and describe how students responded to the adaptations. The second presenter will discuss the way in which the assessment process in a program serving underprepared first year students has led to faculty inquiry, curricular modifications, and professional learning.
