At Portland State University, assessment data were connected with existing university data to study and improve first-year students' experience. At the Academy of Art University, the Syllabus Project, a campus-wide effort to improve communication and syllabi, utilized the expertise of CyberCampus, the online division, to create an online database to house syllabus content. Presenters from each institution will discuss the ways in which these projects used technology, generated campus conversations and contributed to learning across the organization.
